After the amazing sights of 108 Red Rose Road Runners at the Preston Inter Club last Wednesday evening, 44 members completed the Potters’ ‘Arf in Stoke at the weekend.
The Inter Club ‘success’ was really the incredible turnout from the club who a few years ago considered a dozen as a good presence. All the runners add to the great spirit of the club at all races and the announcement of results is always a chance for the club to celebrate our new found success. In the overall results for the evening the team was in third place behind Preston and Wesham. The Ladies team was 4th out of 7 teams and the Vets were 3rd out of 7.
