Red Rose Road Runners Vicky Gore (25:51, 29:43), John Allen (24:50, 28:56), Chris Brown (22:22, 25:15) and Philip Davidson (21:28, 23:35) ventured South on the parkrun tourist trail to complete the New Years Day double of South Manchester parkrun at 9am followed by Stretford parkrun at 10.30am, both on revised courses due to the inclement weather. All survived the Ditch of Doom at South Manchester with Chris (23:39) and John (25:33) going on to complete the triple at Preston parkrun the following morning whilst Vicky and Philip volunteered at Lytham Hall and Preston respectively.
