Pete O’Grady will be leading the next Beginners’ course on Thursday 14th March 2019. Meet at the Poachers at 7:00pm. This popular 10 week course will build to a graduation event at Avenham parkrun on the 11th May.
Registration is essential as there are limited places. The course is strictly for beginners or anyone who has lapsed from running for 5 years or more. There will be ‘homework’ in addition to the weekly meetings but good fun and company are guaranteed.
