Red Rose Road Runners August Virtual 10K

The Red Rose Worden 10K was cancelled this year due to COVID19 restrictions. In its place, a virtual 10K was held. Building on the success of that, here is a further opportunity to run the virtual 10K. Entrants could either run the actual Worden 10K route, or any other route of their choosing. Please don’t all run the Worden route at the same time on the Sunday morning. This will be charged at £5, to include a medal, package and posting.

Run a 10K route in the week commencing 10th August (or more than one if you require more than one medal), record the results and email them to relay@redroseroadrunners.org. Ideally a picture of a Strava / Garmin Connect etc. entry would be good.

This virtual race is open to anyone – either within Red Rose, another club, or unaffiliated.

You will get the option to choose from one of the three recent ‘Leyland Trucks’ series of medals. You can enter this more than once if you want several medals, but will need to pay multiple times and run the 10k multiple times in the week.

The is the form for the Virtual 10K and medal. You can chose one of the above medals. Maybe you want to complete your set. If you want two or three medals, this is possible. However you will need to submit the form either two or three times accordingly (and complete the 10K the correct number of times!).

Dependent on numbers, spot prizes will be awarded.
